<p> The D.O.A. website makes use of the frames, which are a Netscape
extension to HTML. Almost all browsers are frame capable these days,
but since you are viewing this page, yours is not.
We have tried to preserve as much of the content as possible in
this non-frame version, but there will be some links that do not
pass go, do not collect $200 and go directly to a dead end.

The fastest and cheapest way to solve this problem is to download a free
version of Netscape Navigator (or whatever browser you prefer) and use it
until the temporary license expires in a month. More permanent
solutions involve your local software retailer and a check in the $39.95
range.
